MGR HAA Wagon Pin Badge
A quality enamel badge depicting the iconic MGR HAA coal hopper in Trainload Coal livery.
The Class 58 Locomotive Group is pleased to introduce a enamel badge, featuring the unmistakable MGR HAA wagon in Trainload Coal livery.
The HAA hopper wagon was closely associated with the heavy coal traffic for which the Class 58s were designed and became best known. For many enthusiasts, the sight of a Class 58 on Merry-Go-Round coal traffic remains one of the defining images of the locomotive’s British Rail career.
This badge is a small but distinctive tribute to that era, making it a great addition for Class 58 supporters, freight railway enthusiasts and collectors of railway enamel badges.
A perfect companion piece to the Class 58 side-profile badge range, celebrating the wagons and traffic flows that defined the class.
Every purchase helps support the work of the Class 58 Locomotive Group and contributes towards preserving the history of Britain’s last British Rail-built diesel locomotive class.
